冯光燕,1988年出生,讲师。2019年毕业于四川农业大学,2020年1月留校任教。博士期间受教育部留学基金委资助前往美国农业部牧草与草地研究所(USDA,ARS-FRRL)联合培养。国家牧草产业体系黑麦草-三叶草品种改良岗团队,国家林草局“林业和草原科技创新团队”成员。
